Been searching all over NJ for years and finally found my pho favorite spot.

It used to be pho 99, but after the owner jumped to his next store food and price went downhill =(

I'm surprised I didn't spot this place out a couple years earlier. Thanks to my co-worker who is Viet and happens to live locally introduced me to this joint. The soup flavor, portion, and cha gio (which are the mini spring rolls) are outstanding.
