About Us

Saigon Restaurant is family owned and operated restaurant specializing in preparing Vietnamese American cuisine. Saigon Restaurant has been opened since 1993 and the orginally owner has moved on to open a second Saigon restaurant, Saigon II in New Jersey. We, Christine and family, are now the current owner of the restaurant and have been operating the business for more than three years. With the help of mom's recipe and brother's restaurant experience, Saigon Restaurant has added additional items to the menu and extended the business hours. Together as a family, we continue to serve many loyal Saigon Restaurant customers and welcome our new customers.



Jim Nguyen, Christine's brother, is the current owner.


Christine Nguyen, Jim's sister, is the store manager.


Victor Nguyen, Christine's youngest brother, is the additional helper. He maintains Saigon Restaurant website as well as any technical related issues.
